The HiTech Life was built on service. When Ed Spencer started Ed's TV in the late 70s, and Spencer Sight and Sound in the 80s, the primary emphasis of his businesses was TV, VCR, Microwave and electronics repair. When his son, Jason Spencer started Adopt A Tech in 2000, the emphasis of his business was computer and network repair. While technology has evolved, father and son ensure that the major emphasis on service has not changed. We believe very strongly in providing world class service as a foundation for our business. We provide authorized warranty service for major TV manufacturers -- LG, Pioneer and Sharp. We provide A+ and Microsoft certified computer and network repairs. We also make service convenient for you by offering multiple service options with in-store, on-site at your home or business, or remote troubleshooting.

SERVICE PROCESS
We start off with a complete evaluation and diagnosis by a trained and certified tech to determine the root cause of the symptoms you describe as well as detect any other hardware or software related problems that might be going on that are exhibiting different symptoms or none at all. We offer special flat rate pricing on our in-store and on-site labor for residential customers which ensures there will be no surprises on the bill when we're done and you won't be penalized for something that might take a while to troubleshoot and resolve. We also guarantee our work for 90 days, which covers you in case the symptoms were to reoccur after the recommended fixes are applied.

We can work with you over the phone or online and provide troubleshooting from a remote location.

The HiTech Life is an authorized Piioneer Elite dealer that installs and calibrates their plasma televisions, blu ray players, surround sound receivers, and more. We also represent LG and Samsung and install and provide ISF calibration for their plasma and LCD tvs. Our home theater projector recommendation is Epson. We specialize in Life|Ware home automation and smart home control systems. Life-ware is a windows media center server based software that enables complete home automation including lighting control (using Centralite or Lutron), security control, climate control, whole house audio distribution (alongside Nuvo or Russound) and video distribution (using XBOX 360 media center extenders).
